um, why?
Seriously, why. Even my brother who rhapsodizes cheerfully and with enthusiasms over movies where zombies eat people from the inside out starting with the slipperiest part of the intestines was sickened by Saw 2. You people are disgusting.

Err…trying again.
I wasn’t as much sickened by it as just thoroughly disappointed. It lacks the creativity necessary to be truely frightening — it’s just gross. Danny Glover hasn’t been cool since that movie with Mel, and Mel hasn’t been cool since he lost the perm. Zombie movies don’t pretend to cater to an intelligent audience, which is why I love them. Saw i, ii, and iii are abominations in the eyes of Cthulu!
